The Luxe Beauty Co. | Appointment Policy
We understand that life can get busy and things can come up at the last minute, however we are a small appointment-based business and we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or changes.
To make an appointment we require credit card details which are securely stored online through TIMELY for use only in the following circumstances.
Cancellation within 24hours of appointment incurs 50% fee of the treatment cost but will only be charged if the space does not get filled at short notice.
Text and Email reminders are sent 48 Hours before booking to avoid this situation. taking place but please be mindful that your appointment is your responsibility and reminders should not be expected.
